Peerless Double Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon from Kentucky Peerless Distilling Co. that undergoes a unique double-oak aging process — first matured in a new charred oak barrel and then transferred to a second new oak barrel for further maturation. This gives it intensified oak character, rich depth, and layered flavors compared with standard bourbons.
